Ms. Priyanka Yadav is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and has done her degree in Law from the University of Mumbai and Masters in Accounts and Business Administrations from University of Rajasthan. She cleared her CS in one go and scored all India rank in CS Professional.

Ms. Priyanka Yadav started her career with a listed company in secretarial and compliance department and thereafter set up a firm of practising company secretaries in the name of Priyanka Yadav & Associates (“PYA”) in the year 2017.
