A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate from the University of Mumbai, she has over a decade of experience advising businesses on corporate laws, governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic corporate transactions.
Her professional journey began in the Secretarial and Compliance Department of a listed company, where she gained practical exposure to corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and board-level compliances. In 2017, she established PYA with the vision of delivering practical, business-focused corporate advisory services backed by technical excellence and professional integrity.
Over the years, she has advised startups, private and public companies, LLPs, foreign subsidiaries, and business groups on a wide range of corporate matters, including company law compliances, IPO and listing support, secretarial audits, legal due diligence, corporate restructuring, FEMA compliances, governance advisory, and regulatory approvals.
Beyond her professional practice, CS Priyanka Yadav has actively contributed to the profession through the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has served as the Chairperson of the Navi Mumbai Chapter of WIRC of ICSI (2023) and has also held the positions of Treasurer and Secretary of the Chapter. She currently serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of listed and public companies, bringing governance expertise and an independent perspective to boardrooms.
A first-attempt qualifier in all levels of the Company Secretary examination and a State Rank holder in the CS Professional Programme, she believes that effective corporate advisory extends beyond regulatory compliance. Her approach focuses on understanding each client's business, simplifying legal complexities, and delivering practical solutions that support sustainable growth and sound corporate governance.
